Shipping,Returns & Refunds

your order will be processed within 2-4 business days NOT including weekends. After your order is processed we will make and ship your items & provide you with a tracking number. Shipping will take 3-5 days after items are processed. 

We do not offer returns. Unless your item is damaged when it arrives. You will need to email us @ Naomisfashionandcreations@yahoo.com with a picture of the item and how it arrived, also need to provide the Order number. We will process your request and contact you when it’s complete. you will need to ship item back to us (we do not cover shipping) we are not responsible for any package that gets lost in mail.  after received we will issue the refund. Refund could take up to 30 days.
